I am a nationally certified  and Washington State licensed massage practitioner, serving clients in the Seattle area. I graduated from the 1000 hour intensive program at the Cortiva School of Massage, Brenneke Campus where I focused on swedish, pregnancy, reflexology, myofascial massage, and hot stone therapy.  I have great touch, which I use in a focused individualized manner. 

My approach to massage is a result of my experience and my empathetic skills.  To me the perfect massage is the one my client needs.  It may incorporate treatment work to focus on underlying pain or tension. It may be long slow and stretchy just for relaxation or stress reduction. In many cases it is a combination of both - treatment work wrapped up in a luxurious spa-like massage which is rejuvenating!

I am constantly reminded of the link between the mind and the body in my work.  Understanding my clients allows me to focus on their exact needs. I make sure to listen and respond,  while I address their areas of complaint and the whole person.
